β β β β β Ordered online for mother's Day from Italy, flowers and chocolates. Got an email to say the flowers were on its way which was good. Flowers arrived but no chocolates. I was fine about it as I'm sure they were busy, so I gave them the option to send the chocolates or refund me. They were apologetic in the email and refunded it straight away.
