★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were so disappointed with the service of this motel’ This was the first stay of us in this motel’ we arrived by 3 pm’ No one was on Reception even though it was not a weekend or public holiday’ i had to call the telephone Operator and that person took 20 minutes to return and say yes we found your booking. Me and my wife were traveling with our 2 month old baby and our room was in the second floor’ Lift not in service was the second and worst thing happened . We had to climb many stairs up holding our baby in his carseat’ and we had luggages as well which we couldn't keep at the reception as there was no one. The operator rang me again to ask if everything is Ok and i mentioned about the Non working Lift. She said she will contact the shift manager and that person will Contact us. No one called me back. They offered a parking and it is a lift parking were two cars can be stacked at one place’ it is clearly written to give the keys at the reception if i was parking on the lower area below lift. How can i park there were there is no reception and how will i take my car out in the morning if someone parks below my car. This whole motel looked like an abandoned haunted place. I do not recommend this place for family or anyone who expect good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A spacious, light room on the quieter end of the main street. Incredibly friendly staff who were so helpful and nice! The only comments would be that the hotel is a bit dated and it was expensive. I would stay here again if we visited Hamilton in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a 1 bedroom apartment. Nice and clean. The biggest issue we had is that they had no reception at all on Monday 27 December and there was a note that there would be no cleaning over the Christmas period. And anytime we needed assistance we had to call them from the intercom at the FRONT of the building. You couldn't even call them from the room phone, it was so inconvenient. So my complaints are about there being no STAFF present on the premises on check in day, they had a work around for it (call from the intercom and an envelope at the front desk) but it was still inconvenient. The room however was spacious and nice and clean, it had a spacious lounge and it had a good kitchen, 2 stove tops, a huge fridge freezer. It would have been better if they made a separate entrance for the bathroom and toilet instead of getting to it through the bedroom but it didn't take away from how nice and room was and the hotel itself is very clean. One last thing, it would be if they had streaming services on the tv, they only had normal tv channels which made it a bit aged
