Would Never Ever buy of this place again, never replyed to emails, funny thing is seems to reply very quickly when you give them a negative feedback on trademe because of the bad customer service provide. End of day doesn't matter how big or small the sale is, it's business and that's your bread and butter.

Ordered a reel off DKM Fishing on their Trade me account. $139.99 plus shipping. The wrong reel was sent. Contacted DKM Fishing about how to move foward. No reply. Waited. Feed back placed by DKM Fishing on my account Great trade A++ Bla Bla Bla. Tried to contact DKM Fishing again. No reply. This was paid for about the 4th of April so on the 23 of April I posted feed back on their Trade me account. A red face. Well what do you know. My feed back (with in half a hour) gets edited to a red face. (Which was all positive). Slating me off. Making out it’s my fault because I’ve not returned it. Waiting Waiting Waiting Still waiting. Steer well clear of DKM Fishing if you know what’s good for you. DKM Fishing is a side show run by an obnoxious cow. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Read their reply. You will see them shift the blame to me again. ?

I have emailed 10 times fining out what is going on with my delivery, it had not moved after it was picked up. I waited two weeks and still no movement. So I contacted the seller and the seller answer its a waste of their time to find what has happened. So I have made enquiries to find out what has happened to my delivery. They have come back to my to say its lost. I've reported this to the seller and now they are refusing to answer my emails. I've asked for a refund no answer. Still no answer. Wow I get an answer 5 months later. Item was not delivered and I got a refund from TradeMe. This shows how switched on you business is. Keep up the good customer service.

One of the few places that claimed to have the item in stock. Placed the order, payment was processed, then it just sat there for days saying "Tracking not yet available". Checked again, not in stock. I have emailed, facebook messaged, with no response, phone number is disconnected. Reading other reviews they seem to like selling an item when not in stock. Wouldn't recommend. Have laid a complaint with Commerce Commission regarding misleading advertising so we shall if that improves there. Now the fight to get a refund. *UPDATE* despite his claim below of "on Backorder" the item was most definitely "In Stock" at the time of purchase. More falsehoods from an untrustworthy trader. Why is phone disconnected? Dodgy dealer.

Absolute time waster , took 15 days to get a response And only once bad feedback was placed on trademe. As you can see , he must spend the day thinking up excuses to write back to everyone buying from him. Please buy from him , if you want a terrible experience and sleepless nights worried about getting ripped off .

Dont need to repeat myself as i see every other customer has had the same experience i have , little to no replies , attitude fulled responses and almost a month of waiting before recieving a reply stating my item had been back ordered when they had it as in stock on the website . Obviously all they care about is money but not enough to run a business properly . Whoever runs the sales email is single handedly running this store to the ground . Has no communication skills when they finally do reply . Finally received my refund today after 1month , lucky it was through afterpay otherwise i would be waiting much longer as others obviously have .

Most ignorant and inconsiderate online seller I have ever dealt with Did not even pick from the shelf until 3 weeks after purchase. No response to my emails. It took a trademe dispute to get the ball rolling...... then I received negative feedback to say I'm impatient. A shame I didn't see all of the bad reviews before choosing DKM .....and as you can see by his replies, he doesn't take criticism well??. Please do send me the alleged email proof and I'll happily amend my review

Buyer beware. Like the other messed about customers have said. You pay your money and it's a lucky dip if you get product. I was fortunate the 2 items I purchased were through their Trademe in trade seller site so TM bless them got me my refund. But these guys then hit me with negative feedback on both the items even though I only gave them a bad feedback score after large delay and still no contact at all, including ignoring TM requests on my behalf. Go to a Marine shop instead, like I had to do anyway.
