★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found a car I really liked and David helped me understand the specs of the car. He did not try to force a sale on me which I love. Instead he gave me a lot of information about the car and even showed me other cars as options too. He was patient with me as I continued to ask questions over different periods of time. Eventually when it came time to buying it, David made the process very easy to understand and very quick! I would 100% recommend this dealer to anyone. Just speak to David!

Michael, the head salesperson at the Albany dealership, went above and beyond to make sure that the van was in perfect condition when I arrived to collect it (as I purchased sight unseen).
Would 110% use these guys again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Put $1000 deposit on a car. Got verbal confirmation from David, the car dealer, that should finance on my side not work they would fully reimburse the deposit. Got verbal confirmation multiple times before going ahead with deposit as i wasnt 100% sure my finances would be fine. Finance didn't work out on my end. David refused to fully reimburse, after lots of communication...very dishonest. When i confronted David about his dishonesty his response was "Well that is how we work.." wow...
Don't deal with them.
Clearly he was misleading me the whole time. He took advantage of a potential buyer who didnt know much about the process (and what's more had bought a previous vehicle from them already! Who's battery died soon after). I recommend going elsewhere!
Edit: In response notice he said they offered half the deposit. They offered store credit or 50% refund. This is not what they had verbally told me earlier which was a FULL refund). Happy to change this review if they stick to their word and give a full refund. They also said they spent lots of time on the deal. nonsense. I spent most of the time doing the work to find out i couldnt get it. They took a listing off a website and put it baxck on. That is not $500 worth of work. What a scam. What a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had issues with the car since date of purchase. Car transmission died within one year of purchase and the car costs more to repair than the purchase price. The owners have shown no concern or interest in helping my elderly parents with the transmission. Taking them to the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE

They were great to deal with and the process was easy. Very happy with my purchase! Highly recommend this dealership, its the best one I've been to.
