OCT2020 - Awesome new premise, spacious clean and modern compared to the previous site on Lake Rd. I was there for the air bag recall on a e39, still the same great Team in Service, led by Graham, Abay, Chris and rest of team are very attentive and go beyond in helping customer. The drop off time starts 730am so handy for some. Great waiting area design and amenities including message chairs, free wifi, you can BYOD, plug in, work while you wait. The only tiny thing that can be improved upon is the entry signage into the service lobby. First time visitors may be unsure which door to use. Keep up the good work... Service team absolutely deserved 6 stars out of 5!!! OCT2019-Good fast services. They keep you posted of the progress. Friendly staff in the Service department. There are quite a few global recalls on various models and staff are working hard to complete as many as they can. This is appreciated by the customers.

Was not happy with the service, the used Sales department recon me, thereโ€™s no use test driving the vehicle if I am not going to buy it. Well, how would I know if I like the car, if I have not driven it yetโ€ฆ Sorry but you lost a sale.

Took my BMW in to get a diagnosis as right rear window was not working. I had taken off door panel already so that diagnosis would be very straightforward (approx 10 minute job). I was quoted $696 to fix the rear right mechanism which I declined. I spoke to Matt on the phone and said I would pick up the car the next day and he mentioned on the phone it was 'getting a wash' and there would be a fee for the diagnosis. He said he would email me the diagnosis invoice. (Never received the email). I pick up the car and the fee is $200 for a diagnosis that would have taken 5 minutes according to another mechanic. To make matters even worse the car hadn't even had a wash! Terrible service and an absolute waste of time and money. Absolute joke to say the least. Avoid using BMW for any services, they are an absolute rip off. I hope this comment helps some people look elsewhere and costs BMW in excess of $200 that they charged me. PS - I managed to get the repair done elsewhere for $200.

Giving a one star is overrating the service my husband received. Took his car in as the EV wasnโ€™t working. Charged $200 to tell us it needed a new battery, which the computer would have told them in no time at all. Apparently they donโ€™t stock them, so had to pay in advance ($535) to order. Once it arrived it was fitted (another $200) and apparently taken out to test the EV. Hubby picked it up and even as he was driving out it was blatantly obvious the EV was still not working. Must have been one hell of a smart mechanic - great test drive! Took the car back and BMW charged us another $210 to tell us that it needed a new head unit which would cost thousands to fix the EV. Hubby decided to get a second opinion. Took it elsewhere - cost us another $350 to be told that it did not need a new head unit but that it had been fitted with a defective battery! Back he went to to Continental - they replaced the battery (interesting - had one available now) and hey presto, the EV now works. It has now cost us an extra $560 to get the original problem fixed, which Continental should have spotted straight away before ever returning the car. Wanting that $560 refunded - should never have cost us that - this should have finished when we paid the $200 to get the battery fitted. But no, service manager had more important things to do than worry about customer satisfaction and had to be chased down after we heard nothing back. When my husband did get to speak to him, he was a complete waste of space. Said he would get in trouble if he refunded the fees, reckoned he would even get in trouble for replacing the faulty battery for free - seriously has he not heard of a consumer guarantee! To be honest I struggle to believe that they even replaced the battery in the first place. He even had the cheek to tell my husband that the other mechanic had ripped him off by charging $350 to diagnose that the battery was a dud. His team fitted it and didnโ€™t even have the intelligence to test it when there was an issue. They charged us $200 for nothing and wanted us to pay thousands more! If I was him I would be looking at my own team and company rather than trying to chuck stones at the mechanics who correctly diagnosed the issue. Do not use their service department - they have no idea what they are doing . They are not mechanics and donโ€™t seem to have any basic common sense - they just rely on the computer and cannot think for themselves. Donโ€™t bother complaining either as they do not care about the customer or the customer experience - service manager more worried about his own performance recognition with his boss than customer satisfaction. Will make sure all my BMW owner friends never come back here unless they sort this issue now. Despite the below comment saying this matter has been resolved to his complete satisfaction - this is a lie - he has given up because he was knocking his head against a brick wall and getting know where after losing 40 minutes on the phone going nowhere. Have you made any refund? No? Then he is not satisfied - another piece of rubbish from this place. Further more there has been no comms with him since I posted my original review.

Tried to return a spare part as it was physically different to my one despite having the same part number. I was a little concerned when I had opened the new box and found the part was tarnished, it didn't look new. Parts guy wouldn't accept the return and accused me of having tarnished the part??. Apparently I had purchased the last unit but when I said I would try elsewhere for a replacement he found two more and these were the same as my original part. I was happy to swap the tarnished one for the correct one but he was insistent and extremely rude about not taking back the "tarnished" unit. He said he had checked the part in front of my son who purchased it and it was not tarnished. I offered to call my son but he said no need??? Told me to come and speak to his manager who would be back on Monday and after further rudeness he went away and came back with a Manager. The manager was customer focused and swapped the unit. Can't believe I was treated like this and essentially being called a liar by the spare parts man in an organization like this. Why would I waste my time to return a part if it was the correct thing, the tarnish did not affect the function of the part, it was just a light bulb mount!!

Really nice experience of purchasing a 420i there. Kaushal is really professional about BMW cars, and he is very patient to tell me every detail of the vehicle. He showed me the workshop and the procedure of how the vehicle get serviced and fixed. It was an impressive touring. Also thanks Kris and Jason, they are very helpful and friendly. I will highly recommend this store to my friends.
