★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware - In stock with supplier and click and collect available actually means that RV Super Centre DO NOT HAVE IT IN STOCK! So if you find the item on their website, see that they have various branches around NZ, put in your post code and the expectation is that you get told which of the stores have stock. But when you make a special trip to that store, you turn up, they can't or won't supply as they have to order it in from an out of town supplier. Why then have only two stores showing as click and collect then? Tried phoning twice too but they didn't answer!
I ended up walking back to my car and ordering the item over the phone from Moutere Caravans in Nelson (they were cheaper, friendlier, far more knowledgeable and very helpful, and they answered their phone both times I rang!)!
I see no reason to try to buy from RV Not So Super Centre, they clearly are not interested in providing good service. (and unlike most other retail shops they require a passport to enter,).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted them over 10 times asking for quotes to fit extras onto my campervan after I bought it from them 10 months ago. I got passed around by the sales team, service team and back so many times that I decided to quit while I was behind. I physically went into the centre and got the worst customer experience with nobody knowing if certain bike racks or awnings would fit my van. I even grabbed a tape measure off one of their desks to measure my own van with their bike racks - crazy customer service. I wanted to spend $4k to $5k on improvements and got the worst experience. I'm now wanting them to honour my 12 month mechanical warranty with a warning light that is being displayed and it's been x3 weeks with no communication or action. I'm now dealing with a local mechanic who provides the BEST customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Campervan was good, we returned in perfect condition almost the same condition. Just one hub cap was missing and for that they charged us 5 times more and that too without letting us know in advance. They just mentioned that there’s a damage and deducted the amount within 12 hours of emailing us. Despite asking multiple times regarding the damage there was no phone call and then they are informing us about the hub cap without any evidence. We also paid for the insurance amount of exactly same amount they charged us for. Extremely disappointed with their service. The entire holiday mood was spoilt because of their poor service. Will definitely not use their service in future. We even considered going to dispute tribunal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received our van early August 2021 and in a matter of a few minutes we were shown the features of the van and how to use it. No further guidance given. Unfortunately a few lockdowns later and only having the opportunity to use the van a couple of times, we've had endless problems to get sorted. The Albany after sales service of the van has been none existent, good luck trying to get hold of the service team. Phones NEVER get answered and emails don't get replied to. When you do actually get to talk to someone, they talk to you like you're a useless tool. The warranty period will be over soon and we'll still have issues to sort out. We're loving campervanning, but dislike the service and problems we're having with the van. We will not buy from them again, and do not recommend them to anyone. Put your effort into buying somewhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Work related visit for a pick up but this place is always incredibly clean, tidy and well laid out. Young lady in Customer Service was exceptionally polite, well versed in her job. If I was in the market for a RV this place and her knowledge would make me visit first in rider to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars for refunding me 100% on my faulty Camec gas hot water unit without having to take it down the consumer gurantees route.
5 stars cant be given because this product is still on the shelves while knowing fair well it is not fit for purpose. I have sent on lots of evidence of MANY people who have had an issue with this product.
Good luck to the others who will be coming for a refund to.
Shame on Camec for making the end users feel they are at fault as is the case with at least 15 people I have spoken to with the same issues with the same product.
We have purchased a Suburban Nautilus through Burnsco. It arrived extremely quickly and we had it installed and worked perfectly first run of the tap. Now we have high pressure hot showers better than in some homes. Do not buy the camec instant hot water unit. 80% of the time you won't be able to get hot water enough to clean dishes at a flow rate slower than you know what.
Not to mention the door rusts after 6months. (As is the case with all other buyers)
Take this product out of circulation, it gives your company a bad name for selling it.
