Please always remember that Aotearoa is an island nation in the middle of the pacific.. ALWAYS be prepaired for bad weather.. Rain and snow can come any time of the year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a peaceful beautiful walk. 3 different tracks to walk. We took the loop track which was uphill to begin with, then plateaued out. Lots of roots so beware, is slippery if it has been raining. So many birds and awesome views!
