★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it is the most photographed spot, and I can see why. The walk is a lovely gentle under 30mins walk and thats been generous. A few steps at the end. So care may be required dependant on skill, age and ability. Don't hold back on this one. A must visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite falls to visit are the Purakaunui Falls. This heavily visited attraction is a must-see for those sightseeing in the area. There is plenty of parking in the large and spacious carpark that sits adjacent to the entrance of the walking track. Toilets are available alongside the carpark. The walk is wheelchair accessible til halfway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful small waterfall. Track does not take you much more than 30mins both ways. Have a parking just opposite to the track entrance. Has got public toilets though not in the best condition.
