★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful, amazing, fabulous place of Te Anau Lake on the track for Manapouri! It seams unreal, so similar to a seaside place within the mountain. Unbelievable peace of nature still close to a human colonized place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place to relax on the Kepler Track. The path here from the carpark is flat and easy. Saw 2 families with kids boat skiing too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We walked here using the Kepler track starting from the carpark near the Kepler Control Gates. A peaceful easy walk through lovely forest, rewarding you with great views of the lake and surrounds. When the wind is low the bay can be quite glassy, offering great reflections.
