★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude front desk esp the guy. arrogant and very very rude. the rooms are old and shabby, booked a family room and got 1 bar of soap and 1 small packet of conditioning shampoo LOL.
Best to find somewhere else to stay, this place does not deserve your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just spent 3 nights at this park in a caravan. There are very prominent signs about their cleanliness (as well as other things) . First impression was not great, the site was uneven and littered with old cigarette butts. However it was the bathrooms that really were dirty. The hand driers were thick with scum, dust and hair coated the skirting boards and toilet brushes were nauseating (enough said). The hand driers were cleaned after pointing things out but nothing else changed. To their credit the bathrooms were heated. This park is expensive too in comparison to others.

The management and staff are very friendly and helpful.A big thank you to Louise, the front desk lady who is very charming,friendly and goes that extra mile to help make our stay a truly great experience. A true professional. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this holiday park to those who seek top quality in all aspects of having a relaxed and happy stay in Te Anau.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in the two bedroom bungalow which was two adjoining rooms with the bathroom in the middle. Rooms were clean and comfy and the bathroom was modern. Shared kitchen facilities but you are provided with a fridge, kettle, toaster, plates etc. in the room. Bike trails are right outside and you’re close to town

What an amazing place to stay.
Friendly welcome when we arrived. Warm and very tidy unit with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Great friendly staff, checked next day to see if we needed anything (coffee, tea, extra towels)
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accomodation to everyone especially families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked 2 nights with the 'awesome deal' , including glow worm and milford Sound tour included, super easy, the staff arranged the activities for us and we just needed to turn up! Such a good idea. Facilities good, kitchen and bathroom clean and spacious.
Only thing that I found strange was on our first night I was told the kitchen was closed (from 4pm) as they run a take aways from another kitchen directly opposite and it was used as a commercial kitchen. This threw me off slightly, especially when it wasn't mentioned at check-in. Not too sure what happened, but the next night it was back open and the guests were allowed in, with the commercial kitchen open on the other side. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you
