Not how I was expected to be dealt with especially after reading the reviews. Went there with intentions of selling something. Seen something else which caught my eye and asked to swap instead, which was fine with myself and the lady i spoke to. This was the agreement Sorted paperwork and apon checking my item she almost dropped my camera and one of the lens because she didnt connect it to the body properly. I explained to her how to connect it, then she told me its blurry. I checked it over and she didn't correctly put it on for the 2nd time! I correctly assembled it and showed her how to work it. But it now has fingerprints on the lens which cannot be removed!!! (Anybody who deals with cameras knows you do not touch the lens!?) and I'm 100% positive they where not there when I went it. She even commented on how clean they were! After checking it over I was given cash to the buy the item I was after, even told by the person who was serving me it was $240. I was then sent off to the next counter only to be told that the price of the item I wanted had gone up $60. I explained the situation and was still told it was still $299. The first person who was serving me was no help in sorting the issue she created by giving me incorrect pricing Even though we had already agreed that I was swapping for another item, felt like a complete waste of time and that they had went back on there end of the deal. Was not given an apology for this or the fact that my items were almost dropped either. Ended up walking out with my goods returned (dirty?) Would I go there again, yes but with caution and less manners as I was being real nice regarding the whole situation and was NOT treated with the same vibe!

I bought an item from them through Trade me. The price was fantastic, and they were very obliging when I was organising to get the item picked up, communications were excellent throughout. They did a fantastic job of packaging the item and it was in better condition than they described. Thanks again.
