★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was fully disgusted by the hygiene standards that I seen. There were visibly 10 flies hovering in the doorway as I waited to place my order. I understand times are hard with covid but NO EXCUSE to slip on pest control.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had to ask for chicken bacon wrap To be made 3 times. no knowledge of presentation of food,nor any proper training in how to prepare products for sale. took so long for them to remake wrap 3 times between 2 different workers. will go to greenwood st from now on. I suggest anyone who loves subway do the same.

was making mess on my sandwich. Couldn't say anything as i was in hurry.
She need good training before she serve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Neither did they greeted properly when I popped in nor were nice, they were really rude and didn’t really give me time to order. They were in such a hurry even though it was just two customers ordering including me. I was forced to choose my salads and sauces while there was already a customer ordering their salads. Felt disguised and disappointing, never going back to the shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy. Guy in front not asked to wear mask, leans over counters and says he a regular left his wallet at home for second or 10th time. They dont recognise him cause normally in work shirt. He will pay Monday. Phil is his name. Staff so busy they seem to not really know him but because he so insistant he gets his sub wrap and cookies and dashes off. He may have good reason not to wear a mask but made for poor experience today Sat 1.15pm.
