They look great, are easy to use and already the garage feels warmer so obviously better fitted than the previous set. Now to paint the exterior of our house so the rest of the house suits the beautiful new doors :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a not so good experience with our garage door. Tried contacting the company that installed it less than 15 years ago. They were so bad, when they called around they were not very helpful. Called Dominator, left a message after the lovely call back message. Lynette called me back, lovely lady and knows her job. In within a few days Rob called around did what he needed to do. We didn't do any paper work it was all done for us through our insurance company. We have a brand new door. Rob, Lynette, you are a great example for a great customer service, we will have no hesitation to recommend you to family and friends. Thank you ? Ross and Patricia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no comments to share on the service and it's a shame to have to write this review as based off other reviews on here the service is actually quite good. Instead I am writing my review based on a short encounter that I had with a lady who works there (maybe owns it I'm not sure ), who was extremely rude and aggressive all because we decided to park outside their place of work in a public carpark. Which of course being a public council carpark we are entitled to but according to her we had no right parking there. I explained that we were infact allowed to park there to which she then threatened that if we didn't leave within the hour that the public park allowed, then she would be calling the council to have our van towed. Such an uncomfortable situation and completely unnecessary. Also I'm not sure how the council will feel about the fact that you have defaced public property by taking down and putting back up the 60 minute parking sign whenever you feel like it.

From my experience their sales, quotation, installation and after sales service has been top notch. Keep in mind that they are a small busy team. So, if they can't take your call, just leave a message, and they'll get back to you.

Rob and his team kept in touch were professional, honest about supplier delays and very friendly. The product and service was excellent. I will be recommending them to family and friends.
