β β β β β Selected carpark delivery online, store was empty staff didn't even attempt to bring pizzas out to carpark, when I went in they just all chilling out the back

β β β β β Pizzas getting smaller but were nice. Staff took their time bringing order to car. We were right outside and saw when order put in warmer but they were standing around until penny dropped.

β β β β β Made an order online for my Pizzas to be delivered. Paid for it and the order never came. Tried calling the store multiple times and still no answer. Spent close to 30 mins trying to phone their store and still no answer. Was just put on hold for so long. Store is rubbish. Tried calling the store again the next day for a follow up in hopes of a refund and no answer on the phone. Waited another 30 mins before giving up. By the looks of things this store has a reputation for bad customer service when it comes to delivery.
Wouldnβt recommend ordering online from this store to anyone lol. Never ordering from here again. Do not order from this store. Store is trash.

Cancelled online without notifying me , this isn't the first time .
Waited for one hour and a half until discovered it had been cancelled . So sick of the sloppy service , whoever does the late shift needs replacing , they are damaging your reputation.
Update , again let down half my order missing this time, it's been an hour since the pizza arrived without the drink or garlic bread. Time for a change

β β β β β Wow, what has happened to the pizza's!! I used to like Domino's as they offered plant based pizza but two things I've noticed, firstly, the toppings are so thin, they NEVER used to be, one one extra large pizza, you can literally count the thin slices of mushroom and onion on one hand with a complete lack of capsicum, basil, tomatos, refer to the image. This has now prompted me to try the competition Pizza Hut as thry also now do plant based, this is after years of recommending them to vegan friends. Secondly, the staff are incredibly unfriendly, almost like they are doing YOU a favour. It's nice to be greeted when I enter a business, it's a common courtesy no if's or buts.

β β β β β I hate to make this review but I loved this Domino's but I don't know what happened. I ordered a garlic & cheese pizza and peporoni pizza. The cheese and garlic toppings fell of as soon as I touched then and the pepperoni had this weird herbs or spices. Made me vomit over and over. Absolutely disgusting, absolute foul. The only positive thing is that they have good service but don't know how to make a pizza.
