★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY MEAT FROM HERE! Just went last night and purchased some BBQ steak. Came home and put it straight into the fridge as we planned on having the steak for dinner tonight.
Unfortunately my family and I are unable to cook and eat the steak. The steak has a really odd brown colour to it. It also smells really fishy. It is all slimy and the smell of it made me want to get sick. Really unfortunate as I just spent $100 in-store yesterday on meat alone and now I don't feel like any of it is safe to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaper meat prices. I like how the meats are packaged into smaller sizes 500 grams for example.they have different cuts too to cater to your cooking needs. Being an Asian i find most of what i need for our cuisine here. Their staff eapecially the fresh fish section are so friendly. You can have you fish cleaned and cut how you want it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. I saw the crabs and green mangoes in their website so I went this morning from Otahuhu. I was told no crabs and mangoes available. I wanted to see the boss but was not allowed by the butcher man and seafood salesperson. They advertise in website and not available in store. I was quite upset, travelled that far being a disabled person just a month ago had an open heart surgery at Auckland Hospital and on Dialysis. The prices of the canned drinks were not marked and I had to go to the cashier to ask. They giving wrong information to the customers by putting the items in Social Media and I made a written complaint to the Government Authorities and Consumer Council of New Zealand. If they don't have certain items, or not in stock they should remove from website or do not advertise. Very poor management.
