โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service from the manager at this store.
Their site wouldn't accept payment online so I selected to pay in store. They then made one of their poor workers who was just doing their job call me and tell me their policy was to get payment before they proceed to make my large order, this is untrue as the collect your ip address as an insurance policy incase you don't show up. I then asked to speak to the manager as I felt bad for the girl who was clearly flustered, he then proceeds to lie and say that this is the policy of dominos and they need me to pay before they make my order ( keeping in mind I have made larger orders online and never had this issue) .Decided to cancel my order and got great service from whangaparoa where we had no issues paying and getting our order.
Do not waste your time with this store they clearly don't value their customers.

โ โ โ โ โ I have ordered the $10.99 vegetarian pizza. I have got the $5.99 one with $2.99 vegan cheese. The vegan cheese was close to unexisting and the ingredients were so few I could see the bare crust with nothing on. I have asked personally to make a complaint. They replied they are too busy and that I can make the complaint online. Worst pizza experience ever!!

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered the "vegan godfather", got home and found it had pepperoni all over it and no plant based beef. Cant eat it. $18 down the drain. It was a pretty straight forward order. Poor service in store also. Avoid this place....

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service. I don't think they've ever gotten my order right. Have ordered delivery and clicked pay by eftpos on delivery, then had the delivery man show up with my pizzas asking me to drive to the shop to pay for them first. Have had them deliver my order multiple times missing items and asked me to go and pick them up. Upon pick up they then give us our pizzas sitting out cold not understanding why that's an issue. Every order is always a mystery as they'll give you random pizzas you never ordered, and never the ones you actually wanted.
To be fair this place it's known for how terrible it is, they will never ever answer their phones if you try to call, and seem to think their poor reputation makes it excusable to continue to be so bad

โ โ โ โ โ The absolute worst dominoes to order from. They charge extra, and will not tell you why, that's if they answer the phone. Always gonna get you're order wrong, for sure, without a doubt, pretty sure know one knows how to read here. If you order close to finish time, you'll get you're pizza the next day, or probably never and they never hit you up about it. wish I could give zero stars. The absolute pit of getting pizza. Shame on you all!

โ โ โ โ โ Pizza... I like pizza to be Crisp, warm and received in a timely fashion. The Team at domino's Red Beach have ticked those boxes for me during the 3 - 6 times I have ordered of the course of 3 months. I find it more of a convivence in ordering my food from home because their team will drive to your household during or near the Estimated time of arrival. I 100% recommend them, They even cut the pizza correctly very few pizza joint's do a decent cut and have the pizza stuck together but these people don't. Good Job Domino's Red Beach Team!
