β β β β β Dominoβs recently released their vegan pizza menu, and I was so excited to try the pepperoni pizza out! It was delicious, and just tasted like I remembered pepperoni pizza to taste like. They could have added more cheese to it though! It was a little too much doughy.

β β β β β Unfortunately, I have had two bad experiences with Dominos Shortland St. Firstly, on the 19th of Feb I came into the store after placing an online order for a $20 chicken and camembert pizza. When I arrived there I opened the pizza box to find no camembert cheese. I asked why and that is when the store member finally admitted he didn't have any in stock. Only after going back and forth, he reluctantly gave me a discount of $2. Camembert is an expensive cheese and a $2 refund is poor. Then on the 26th of Feb I purchased a Designa pizza. This time they also did not have camembert and so he said all he could do was give me a free drink brushing me off again. This lack of camembert should be updated on the website. When I got back home I also found the pizza was without spinach too so it was missing two ingredients. $11.99 for mozzarella, chicken, and mushroom with a bit of hollandaise sauce is not worth it. I found his customer service was lacking and all he did was brush me off to try to get me out of the store. I understand these things happen but twice in a row missing ingredients is not good enough. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me and arrange some form of compensation as I paid good money for these not so good quality pizzas.
