★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst KFC in auckland, I ordered a large wicked lunch, when I received my food they forgot my drink, I had to stand at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone came up to me, when I told them I didn't get my drink they asked for a receipt (which I never got because I used the self service) and finally chose to believe me and give me my drink, The chips were awful, as they always are from fort street store, Old, soggy, zero salt, and the cherry on top, they gave me original recipe instead of wicked wings with the WICKED LUNCH. Go to quay street, never had an issue with them. Fort street staff are hopeless.

And it was expensive at $6.39
Kfc has change the recipe and upped the price &
it wasn’t full too the top
Like how it used too be.
Years ago it was $5
I also wasn’t given a receipt
So I couldn’t get a refund

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tbh not even worth 1 star. This place was disgusting, went there lastnight and the staff weren't even doing their job probably slow as wait. Waited for 25 minutes just to order. Food squashed all over the floor. And very very very disappointed!!! at the food, my chips were hard as rock, like it's been cooked in oil that's been sitting in there for months!! They were also black and been burnt, the chicken was dry as hell ? nearly chocked when I swollowed it. Never ever again will I go back there! By far the worst kfc in New Zealand I think it should be shut down permanently ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, but a bit chaotic and slow. Staff always running their feet off. Staffing issues it appears. Not too bad though, just give yourself a few more minutes than you would usually plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is wrong with this KFC branch? This is the what came out from a small wicked meal. It is ridiculous to use green potatoes. The chips also smells rotten. We tried one and it tasted so wrong. Please review your health standard as it is a serious health concern

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The colonel certainly delivered today with an unbelievable snack lunch combo.
The chicken was golden and crispy but the player of the day goes to the lady who served me with a serious amount of extra seasoning on the fries (at my request) and they were some of the best I’ve had.
Quite cool charging my phone in-store as well.
