★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a BBQ brisket low n slow pizza and underwhelming would be a very polite way to put it.
There were 7 (yep I am petty enough to count this stuff) tiny slivers of so called BBQ brisket (tasted more like very dry bacon) and 5 cherry tomatoes. Some of the slices of pizza had no brisket or tomatoes on them.
The website also alleges that there is BBQ and garlic sauce on the base but based on this pizza that would not hold up in court.
Give the place a miss and have some dry toast for dinner.,it's cheaper and you'll know what to expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried an Italian pizza ($5) one. It wasn't that great. But what was good was they gave me thin crust in 5 dollars. In all the Auckland Domino's they'll charge $2 dollars extra but here they didn't. The pizza wasn't that great though. May be I should have taken my usual pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only gave one star because it wouldn’t let me leave zero. This is by far the worst place to buy food in the area, We have never experienced such terrible customer service. Take your money elsewhere and don’t deal with these absolute time wasters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to double check your order when you pick up in store. Last time I ordered wedges online but found out the box was containing regular fries. This time I ordered a pizza with additional prawn and found out there was no prawn. No refund. Pizzas were also almost burnt on top and dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in my recent visit.
I ordered one of the deals - 2 Traditional Pizzas and 2 sides; but I stated I wanted fries and garlic bread. I was told this was not part of the deal - Fair enough. But I made it clear that's what I wanted, whether a 'deal or not'. The staff member then disappeared, another served me; accepted the order; and took payment.
When I collected my order I was given 2 pizzas, garlic bread and a bottle of coke! I told them I do not want the bottle of coke - I asked for fries, and would pay whatever extra fries would cost.
The staff member then buggered off the pack some pizzas, leaving me standing at the counter. I waited until he came back and politely stated again - I ordered fries - I want fries.
I was finally given a box with 24 chips in it, and a $2 coin..?? And once again the staff member simply walked away leaving me standing there.
To add the toppings were minimal, but this seems to be the norm for fast-food pizza franchises.
This was just insulting!!!

Not sure how I am supposed to reply to 'the owner', so I'll edit for initial feedback.
Thanks for your reply. I would have emailed directly, but Dominos does not seem to provide any email addresses; or in fact any other way to provide feedback.
Firstly I do not require anything more from Dominos.
I think a little bit better customer service would have resolved this right from the start. E.g. Both when I ordered and questioned my order the staff member simply walked away in the middle of our conversations.
And the pitiful amount of chips - 3 adults; we each got 8 chips!
If this was my store, and I had messed up the order in the first place, (Which does happen - that's fine.) I would have made sure I there would be no issues the 2nd time.
