★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT WASTE YA TIME BOOKING HERE.second time in a row of appointments they mucked us around. First was with hubby. And I just arrived for my appointment and called to say I'm here to be told that he's running up to 30minutes late. Why no call to inform me of this I asked. And her stupid answer was she cant see into future.it is 30 degrees out side so I had to go home. Buggered foot etc and all. Will be finding another doctor as service is so bad. What is customer service coming to

I’ve always received high quality service, and I trust Dr Reza, literally, with my life.

It was direct in my appointment time and the doctor rang my phone. Explained there was an accident and ill be there shortly im not far. He said no we cant see you anymore.
I still went in got there 5 min after my appointment time just to say no your late we cant see you!
Not even try or ask if its going to take long or anything. Just no we cant see you.
It was an URGENT APPOINTMENT.

I prefer transparency in a business and these guys don't have that. Have booked with Grafton Medical instead, super helpful and transparent there.
For reference: I am enrolled at Stanmore Bay Medical. They quoted me $200 for an IUD removal. When I queried what the price breakdown for this was, the response I got was "All clinics have different fees. Ours is $200". I contacted other clinics, who were more than happy to breakdown the cost: I was quoted from other clinics $100 for a *non-enrolled* patient appt fee, and $5 for the speculum to remove my IUD) - I gave Stanmore Bay Medical the benefit of the doubt, and asked again, but have since been ignored.
