★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a brioche loaf and rye loaf their little stall at farmer's market the other day, boy oh boy these are nice.
The brioche loaf is as expected, a little sweet, rich... reminds you it is a cousin of the croissant with that buttery pastry note. Perfect to have on it's own just toasted with a little honey or add egg wash to make it into French toast.
The rye loaf is also very good; dense and flavourful... And that lovely crust, can feel it when cutting it into slices. It is also perfect to have on it's own toasted and even better to make toasted Sandwich with ham and cheese or serve with casserole to soak up the sauce.
Can't wait to try other bake goods from this place.

Everything was absolutely fresh, delivered perfectly and the taste and quality of the product was amazing. Thank you so much for delivering during lockdown.. glad we could have some exceptionally good bread. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg can I say amazing finally a decent bakery honestly my go to place use to be northshore Bayview bakery old home town, but now I can enjoy a delicious creamy chicken pie down the road from me, amazing pastry, & blueberry Danish Devine..... so people I highly recommend this is coming from a bakery fussy critic. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE most epic pastry i've ever had!!! Salute to this bunch of lads whos been out and about sacrificing their own safety during this lockdown, just to feed their lovely clients. I heard some Karen didnt understand the risk these boys are doing, they dont deserve to be yelled out over the phone. Keep it up boys! Cant wait for my next order to come! Stay safe out there!
