★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheesecake shop had donuts in there cabinet this morning and I bought all of them and they were the softest, freshest donuts I’d ever had! The Black Forest donut was the best out of all of them as the cream really compliments the thick icing - this one is literally the best donut in all the creation of donuts. Ive eaten 3 and think these gave diabetes for being so delicious - the other household members said they were too sweet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You keep competition for kids promising them a cake slice. Kids go to the outlet and you say we don't have papers go home print the drawing color it and bring it. Seriously that too a kid who fell for your advertisement. That's really mean of you.

They confirmed on the phone they have one but upon reaching their staff member Archit brought me a normal Black Forest torte and said this is what they have and when I said I had been buying eggless cake for numerous occasions he replied “ oh they had change the look of the cake “ but then when I asked for the big size bang there you go I got my eggless cake ??.. I mean seriously if you want to upsell people there are lots of nice tactics and on the top tell your staff to at least be professional “ buy it or go” attitude won’t work in customer service industry.
