I have applied for k mart card and after uploading all the documents I didn't get any reply so I just made a call to the customer service and they told me that your card is approved and they transferred my call to New Lynn branch and one of the sales staff told me that will me back before 5.00 PM but didn't get the call on the next fine morning I made a call again and the same sales team told me will call me in 5 minutes but no wonders happened and after couple of hours the same day I call them and they transferred the call to the Branch Manager and he gave me usual reply UNFORTUNATELY we can't help you out. I don't know what has happened firstly the customer service told me it is approved and finally the sales team rejected my application. All my bank statements were upto the mark but didn't got it approved. Maybe the sales team / Branch Manager doesn't want to get a phone call from someone. Every time when I call themthey are having a chat/coffee and a laughing atmosphere in the office and not interested to do there job properly. I don't know why K Mart has authorized them to issue the card. Please stay from this DTR TEAM seriously it is waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I also agree with Michael.When I first signed up with DTR Easicash Newlynn, Karnz also processed my Loans, fast effectively, and worked around the clock to make it hassle free for me, and I haven't had a great experience since she left. Shes such a Wonderful bubbly person.I swear shes a Great Loss to this Branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On behalf of my mother, she would Love to see Karnz back at this Branch.I had only met her once and she surely knew what she was doing being the first point of contact, Very Awesome Young Lady, with the Customer first Attitude approach. My family members are Clients also
& Miss Her too! Unsure of the young bloke tho, he isn't Useful at all.
*Bring back KARNZ and I will change my 1star rating to 5

Have a house full of beautiful furniture and James is always on standby if I need extra cash every now and then. Thank you James and the team at DTR New Lynn. Not one to disappoint!
