★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a family feast today. There were 4 of us 2 adults and 2 kids. With our feast you get a 1.5 litre drink. We asked for coke they had none so we opted for Fanta. We asked for cups they had none so we asked for straws couldn't believe it they had none. Come on kfc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased three wicked wing combos. All with Luke warm chips didn't bother eating them us they were Horrible what a waste of money. I Wrote to head office explaining my concern and asking for a refund nope no refund just a apology not good enough Newlynn kfc your food service is mediocre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service- Saturday evening without a doubt would be the busiest for them however it took 45 minutes for my order to be handed over as well as other customers who were waiting around the same time. The buzzing device that you use when ordering from the kiosk is just a waste of time really because they call out your order instead of buzzing your order so that you can collect it. Someone had the same order number as me and It made things really complicated. Other than that- tables were messy and floors were slippery…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a quick fix of wicked lunch and popcorn chicken. Was told there’s a little 15 min wait for chicken. Waited total of 55min for it. They gave some extra wings and larger drink but still !!!!?! Fries were stale and cold. Way too long wait for FAST food. Felt like they were prioritising the drive thru a lot more over in store customers. About more than 8 of us in store waited over 40 min for our orders!!
Staff were doing their best with the dinner crowd but very poor management/leadership it seems. Gave them space and waited patiently but 55 minutes later I had to go up and ask for it. If I hadn’t. They might have missed my order totally while rushing out the drive thru orders. Worst fast food experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently one of the worst KFCs. On Thursday, waited behind one other person for 15m, no explanation as to why (wasn't that they ordered 10 meals or anything) from staff, no apology, and was given cold food and soggy chips. They couldn't even be bothered to give me fresh food. The food ifrom this place is always either cold and limp, or wet with oil, the chicken pieces are getting tinier all the time and their only saving grace - hot and spicy - only hits this dump once in a blue moon. I don't know how much longer KFC can keep serving up such an awful experience before they disappear off the map altogether. Hot and Spicy really is the only thing they offer that has any value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand it's fast food, but that doesn't mean to give half cooked food. The staff doesn't follow any food standards or safety. Also even if you order an Eat In meal, they don't give plates, cups or any side sauces. Been there thrice and every time, it's the same situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a good place to eat KFC. I understand that KFC is fast food, but that does not mean that food should be put into the hot oil straight from frozen state. Maybe the staff need help with understanding food standards and that customers are humans seeking a meal, which they pay for.
Service with a smile is the least expected- I dont care about that from staff at New Lynn KFC, anymore ( it does not exist)
The least you can do is cook the food well. You owe it to your customers. Just out of sheer respect.

A couple of points to work on:
1. Inside customer service
2. Table cleaning (even though mandates have been dropped still better to keep interior sanitized. We are still in a pandemic if some of you have forgotten;)
