β β β β β I bought a tent and couple other items online. The service was absolutely amazing items couriered next day and on my doorstep less 48 hrs later. Yet to use tent however Iβll definitely recommend the online shopping service.

β β β β β Bought a tent of dwights a couple of years ago. Each summer at least 2 poles snapped. First time we got charged NZD65 to get 2 poles fixed, the second time they fixed it for free but refused to acknowledge that this is a manufacturing fault / poor quality material. The lady insisted that it is normal for tent poles to snap (even if there is no wind)!!. Cheap and shoddy tents. Don't buy.

β β β β β I have just bought my second tent from dwights. The first one about 5 years ago was an escape duo. Now we need a bigger tent so just bought the escape trio. They are a category 5 rated weather tent. A bit pricey compared to other tents of the same size. But ive had my escape duo in 80 to 90km winds and some reasonably heavy rains. They are rock solid. Other tents were buckling in the wind and mine hardly moved. They have an awesome double pole system that makes them very sturdy. If you want a tent that will last and handle most types of weather look at these tents they are worth it.

β β β β β Bought a rechargeable battery for my head torch and received an email about shipment, which said the item was not ready for pickup. Waited for more than a week, then sent an email to chase it up. No update for another week. Asked for a refund, they responded quick this time. Wouldn't recommend.
