New phone system is hopeless and does not work properly. Takes 10min to actually get through as it won't ring. Over a decade dealing with John Andrew in Penrose and now it's one place I want to avoid. Staff are great, new phone system is hopeless.

I work at an automotive repair shop and these guys were my go too. But seems phones take ages to get answered, sometimes leave messages and no one gets back to me. Or if they do it is hours later, too late as we need our customers cars done and gone, so instead I have to ring your competition. Sad because the guys I have felt with there a great. Just takes ages now fought to here back from anyone. If things improve, then I will review this review. Update I have decided to go from a 3 star to one star.. Some of their new Parts stuff is very rude. Highly recommend to go to South Auckland Motors where stuff provides service with a smile.

Went to the parts store in Penrose for a part (a tailshaft centre bearing) for my Falcon on Saturday morning 19/2/22 about 915. Was completely shut up with instructions about contactless pickup at dispatch. Went to dispatch which was also shut up, as was the exit gate. Tried to call the 0800 number and both Penrose and Grey Lynn numbers. No pickup. Went online and had an online chat with Emma, who asked me and thanked me for the same thing three times (some sort of AI presumably), and after much to-ing and fro-ing was told someone would be in touch. Eventually a young man called me who seemed to be reading cold from the call centre referral, and started the search whilst talking to me. Asked a colleague for advice before asking me if it was another type of part that I didn't recognise. He was trying to be helpful but didn't sound well trained. You guys are doing yourselves no favours - poor service / VERY poor phone system / poor online interface / poor training of your team. If I could giive 0 stars I would
