★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken my vehicle there for the 2nd time. Again the actual vehicle service is very poor. The very first time was water marks and chemical left on inside on windscreen.
Recently, found used tissue on baby car seat and tyre nut protectors underneather baby's blanket in the car! Easily a choking hazard for toddlers.
Great clean place but can not seem to get the very basics right. Seem to lack common sense. You would expect better attention to detail from them especially because of the cost to service vedicle is so high. Customer always leaves having to do more work on the car once East Auckland Hyundai are done making a mess.
I have lost a lot of respect yet again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my working Van for a service today 19/10/21 at Hyundai East Tamaki.
The lady at the front desk did appear to be happy in there. Despite we have to use face mask and talk with a glass in between us it was very difficult to communicate with her as she did't show any interest of giving a good service.
I told the to please check one of my roof racks as it is lossing its colour and now looks a bit orange.
When I went to pick my van up again they said that it is normal to fade with the sun. They can't do anything as they are parts not made by them.
I am very disappointed with their answer after purchasing a $50000 dollars car. They fit it in, they should be responsible for it. We are not talking about a 10 years old van, it was purchased 2 years ago. Any way this is not the answer you expect from a company like this.
Also I got a courtesy car while they do the service, now they charge a sanitisation fee...really??
Very, very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially a good experience but their follow up was non existent. They did nothing to solve the problem, deleted emails I sent without even reading them. The service manager is new and rude. He told lies and so I went straight to Hyundai NZ myself and solved the problem in 2 minutes. Why could East Auckland Hyundai not solve the problem. Basically because they could not be bothered. Great service after we purchased over $100,000 worth of new vehicles!! Not!!. Do not bother with WOFs either- quoted one price and then charged another. No communication. I will warn you to find another dealership. Certainly not this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked in for a service and asked for a tire rotation also. Vehicle is leased. Upon pickup was not told they didn’t do the rotation and also told they won’t. Spoke to lease company myself and they ok’d the job. Poor customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with East Auckland Hyundai. We came in to look at a used vehicle and were treated to a great experience. Our sales rep Anthony was cheerful and knowledgeable, and treated us seriously and with respect. Other dealers have been dismissive, and made it feel like they were doing us a favour, but Anthony was very accommodating and valued our time. We bought the car and left with it same day. For a used vehicle it was really well looked after and seemed brand new, even had factory plastic on some of the interior lights. Anthony suggested we get postpone the courtesy detailing until after our big road trip that we were making 2 days after purchase, which worked out really well for us. Will definitely be back when we look for our next vehicle!

Took my company vehicle for WOF check, they failed the vehicle for Fuel flap difficult to open and 2 inches bent with minor surface rust on the corner of boot lid. Brought the van to a few panel beaters for repair quotation. All repair man laughs at the failed reasons, and disagree of structure damage which they failed at. They have no idea what they are doing, and would never come back this place again. Shame on you !!
