β β β β β I had very disappointing service at East care dental. I have no intention of going back. I feel having to pay $235 was excessive for a less than 5-8 minute teeth clean. The dentist Gareth did not informed of the cost just briskly handed the invoice on my way out. This was considerably more than my previous visit and more than what I was quoted over the phone. When I tried to discuss the situation with the dentist I was explained that this is just the going rate with no intention rectify the situation. There is an extreme lack of communication at this service and has left me feeling very dissatisfied.

β β β β β I was seen by Dr Howard Chao for my toothache on 5th Jan as my usual dentist was on leave during the holiday break, he was very professional and with good smile. He even helped me avoid paying an unnecessarily high price for my prescribed treatment. Highly recommended.

β β β β β Very good. Dr Howard Chao fixed some of my teeth today he did a great job and I didnt feel a thing! They are friendly, caring and clean. He also explained everything he was doing as he worked which for me was awesome. Recommend him ! One thing i didnt like was the fact i had to sit in the same waiting room as sick people coughing and sneezing waiting to see doctors.

β β β β β Eastcare Dental was my dentist until the top of my Root Canal chipped off & when i went back the dentist was happy that it was just out of its one year warranty.
He proceeded to tell me that there would be a cost to put it right.
I ended up getting it fixed properly by another dentist.
During the procedure the dentist also tried to save on costs with telling me that i wouldn't need any pain relief with the first part of the procedure.
I have never felt pain like it!!
They could see that i was very uncomfortable but nothing was done.
I don't recommend them at all!

β β β β β Absolutely love this place. Dr Howard is my dentist and he is fantastic. I have been for a few years now. Service is great. I like how Dr Howard explains everything, and as a somewhat nervous dentist goer, his confidence, humour and professionalism gives me much comfort whenever I see him. If you need a dentist to visit, go visit Dr Howard!

β β β β β Excellent service. I am an extremely nervous patient and I was treated very well the whole way through my procedure and even before the procedure by my dentist Gareth. I did not feel a hint of pain during a root canal. the receptionist Sarah even called me prior to my procedure to see how I was coping with my anxiety and gave me a few tips.
10/10 hands down the best dentist I've ever been to.
