★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helen is fantastic. I had a quite painful infected ear and was in a lot of pain after seeing a doctor. She squeezed me in to see her urgently to see if it could be suctioned, and then wouldn’t accept payment. She referred me to an ENT specialist at the hospital and followed up next day to check that I was ok. Very caring and great customer service. Highly recommend.
