If you’re looking for family doctor this is the right doctor for u .. Nurses and staff are really lovely and nice. Even the doctor’s was so happy to registered here thanks for your kindness❀️❀️❀️

This practice has now been renamed as Elstree Ave Family Doctors, and taken over by Dr Donna Lahood. I was a patient of Dr Lahood at her previous medical centre, and chose to switch to Elstree Ave in 2018 when she started work here. I have always found her to be highly knowledgeable, and she really cares about her patients. I would recommend Dr Lahood's medical care to anyone. Update for July 2021: Doctors Donna and Suei have always given me first class medical care, and I find both the nursing team and reception staff knowledgable and efficient.Β  Thanks to the whole team for your hard work running a medical centre in a pandemic.Β  You are doing a great job.

Dr Suei Lin is so friendly, nonjudgmental and easy to talk to. I also found the nurses there so willing to help and provide the information and resources that I needed. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new healthcare provider.

Calling out Tania from your call reception desk. Called for a quote on the free jadelle removal they advertise on their website. Tania had no idea about this and her customer service was terrible. Before you have an attitude Tania, maybe you should do your research on your own place of work. Then she hung up on me.

I’ve had 2 appointments here. The first one I had to wait around 30-40 minutes after my booking time to receive a call. I booked another appointment for today approximately 2 weeks ago over the phone, and even today I had to wait 50 minutes to talk to a nurse when I’ve booked to speak with a doctor. The receptionist did not say a word of apology and just ignored what I was saying and passed me to another admin team. And the admin team told me that I’ll be passed straight to the nurse, however it didn’t happen and I had to phone the receptionist again where I’ve got completely ignored when I said my name and just passed me to the admin team and there I’ve been ignored as well when I was talking and tried to explain my situation. When I finally spoke with the nurse they’ve just realised then it was supposed to be a doctor’s appointment not the nurse’s (I’ve made a booking to speak with a doctor). So here I am waiting again to speak with a doctor at 11. I do understand how consultations may be delayed for some time however 30-50minutes? Not getting a proper apology and just being passed onto someone hoping the next person will resolve the situation? Having to call back every time to check if my booking still exists? (It sounded like none of them knew about mine) Having to rebook even though I’ve made a booking 2 week prior? Also, why did I have to wait for this long to speak with a nurse if I was just going to be passed straight onto the nurse?? These issues need to be resolved. If I received a proper apology with an explanation to why I had to wait this long for my appointment, I would not have been at this stage. One star is for the service I received from the doctor last time, however it’s -4 stars due to the poor customer service I’ve received in the past two appointments.

once upon a time i was a huge fan of this clinic, the people were awesome service was great, but since covid and other things it is disspointing that you cannot book in an appointment with out being scruttinised. I under stand the pressure people are under but a phone consult just doesnt cut it, how do you see rashes etc through a phone, what happened to doctors being doctors. In the same time i was told to send picture in and a nurse will ring you i made an appointment as a casual at another clinic who was more than happy to see my daughter no questions asked. so thats another patient lost for you. Again,had i reviewed 3 years ago it was a five, now its a 1.
