β β β β β The staff were cold and dismissive, no manners and just rudely handed my drinks over without saying anything. They werenβt even busy. The food wasnβt put together with care and I canβt say I will be back again untill they sort this out

β β β β β My friend and I were craving some Tank so we went to the Eastridge branch on Wednesday June 16th 2021 . We googled what time this branch closed and it was 7:30 pm. We arrived at 7:10 pm looking forward to getting our drinks. The doors were closed and the girl working appeared to be cleaning up. We were quite unhappy with the false closing times on Google. If this particular branch closes at 7 pm please change the opening hours on Google as it is very misleading. Thank you.

β β β β β I don't like to complain (everyone probably says that) but the Tank at Eastridge need to hire people that actually want to be there and can read the ingredients. I get a salad from there about once per month and every time without fail they forget to put an ingredient in...and obviously you don't discover until you get home and it is too late. The staff never smile and seem put out by you taking up their time.
But today was the worst experience (Sunday June 6, 2021 at 11.50am if the owner actually wants to do something about it). The guy working there was tired (maybe hungover), sneezing and looked annoyed at be at work. I ordered my quinoa chicken goji salad. Got home just now and it is missing the feta and the goji. Just ridiculous given you pay close to $15 for these salads

β β β β β Service was super slow. Two staff were on site but one was probably processing a large order. You donβt see the swift actions normally observed with fast food operations. The other staff sneezed right into the blender container when making the juice, no mask or attempt to sneeze into elbow. Yuk!!! This is not accepted not even say it is in a COVID period. Our order was apparently forgotten until we askedβ¦

β β β β β My family and I a big Tank fans. We love their juices. However this particular branch is not a good representation. We are regulars, however I think I will be driving a little further to another branch. I also visit Mt Wellington regularly where we have never had a problem. Eastridge the staff are so rude and unfriendly and the drinks are never made correctly. I do not mind paying for a great drink but it becomes expensive when they constantly make it wrong and are not particularly nice and we often don't end up drinking them. It is very disappointing. They have made us 3 bad drinks that we haven't drunk in just the past couple of weeks. I think I will be avoiding this branch from now on as it is a waste of time and money. Some serious training needs to be invested into their staff on how to make the drinks and salads correctly, in line with brand standards, but also some general courtesy and customer service skills, because I would not speak to people the way the do here, whether I was offering a service or not.

β β β β β Yeah nah this branch isn't it. The staff look like they don't want to be there, they wait times for drinks are ridiculous and the hygiene is not up to standard. I came into the Tank on the 24th of July and had seen 5 flies flying around the inside of the building which I understand it sometimes can't be helped but then I also saw what looked like bugs by the bowls that they use to toss salads together and was horrified at the thought that they may have gotten into some of the fresh produce.

β β β β β Yes staff is (was?) slow and would prepare drinks with random quantities of ingredients, but perhaps the problem is with management. These businesses need to hire enough people!
