★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beef burger Pattie’s have unchewable bits at times, must be a cheap beef they use. Cheese sause on the fries isn’t the greatest quality. If those 2 points get improved on, would have been 10/10! Buns on burgers are great, chips were crispy and the Gravy and Curry sauce was the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always our go-to when wanting a delicious burger, unfortunately I asked to replace the mayo on my chicken burger with tomato sauce as I'm pregnant and didn't realize until a few bites in that they had added the tomato sauce but still smothered a thick layer of mayo on the bottom bun. This caused lots of stress with me having to call up and ask if the mayo was store brought and pasteurized etc. It would be great if they read order notes more carefully as it ruined the meal :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a good experience. Delicious burgers and good deals with the Local Taphouse next door. We really enjoy the platters too which can be very cheap during happy hour (enough to feed 2 people). Good variety on the menu as well. Best burgers in Hamilton!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Smurf Burger was great & better than lots of burger places in town. Had the Chicky Bang Bang and i think the marinade was too much and made the burger overly salty. Otherwise, with this affordable pricing and unique burger creations, it's a place I'd return again for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally a good burger experience. I like that you can go to The Taphouse next door and order a burger/beer combo. The wait time for burgers can be long as they are quite popular but as long as you have nowhere to be, it’s fine. If you are at Taphouse anyway, then you can just have another beer while you wait. The burgers are decently sized and taste good. If you want to avoid carbs you can also order your burger as a salad instead. The sides are pretty good too.The staff are all friendly. The shakes are yum as well.

Free 2 hours parking at front and nearby. You go in, sit down and order using your phone. They will them bring the food from the kitchen to you. Nice ambience inside, nice and tidy. Reason for not giving 5 out of 5 was the really poor reception by the lady wears glasses at the entrance, sitting at the round wooden stool by the table. She could not care less. It was 12:06pm and they were clearly late for 12pm opening, but she slowing walked up to the entrance and remove the barriers for people to get in. No greeting, no talking just scanned the vaccine pass and went back to chat to staff behind the bar. She did not want to be there. The lady who brought the orders out of the kitchen was totally the opposite, friendly and responsive, nothing was too hard. It was our first visit to the site during the lunch hour so was a bit of put off. Will return again despite the poor reception given by the lady wearing glasses responsible for scanning vaccine pass. We have also been to Andys Burger in Auckland Sky City and staff service are always friendly and helpful so naturally we would expect the same here as its part of the wider Skycity Group. Burgers are nice and good size, recommending to others to give them a go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the classic burger and beer for 22 dollars added some bacon n cheese loaded fries and onion rings. The burger was ok but I think the buns is too much for the fillings I can't barely taste the patty. The loaded fries is a mistake it's too salty for my opinion it was a saggy salted fries plus salty bacon bits and the cheese doesn't tasted like cheese sauce. Onion rings was the winner love it right crunch tasty well seasoned.
