I train in Brazilian jiu jitsu where you end up in all sorts of weird and wonderful positions and being north of 30 the toll on my body can be pretty extreme. In the lead up to an international competition Yan was an invaluable part of my prep. Ongoing aches and pains where dealt with and she has even cleared up some longstanding issues I've had for years. I have struggled to find a therapist who has Yan's range of knowledge, and her ability to simply make my body work better is very difficult to find. Very highly recommended!
