★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife bought me a pair of ecco today and was a size smaller, my size is uk 10 but was given US10. I went to the shop an hour later requesting for a size changed . The shop manager there was very unhelpful and was adamant that the shoe was on sale ie marked down from $249 to $219 , and their policy is that shoe on sale has no refund or exchange . She just sent me away ! I told my wife who is ecco fan that if she is not able to swap the shoe for a bigger size I will not allow any ecco shoe in my house !!!

Having dealt with staff + shopped in various ecco stores, my experiences have been nothing but a pleasure. .staff are generally very knowledge with a real "above and beyond" sort of ethos. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customers should be warned at every purchase that goods cannot be returned for a refund at Ecco, only store credit. I know it is written on the receipt, but it would be a good idea to remind customers. I was told I had only a year of credit, which cannot be legal because they have my money and I do not have the shoes that did not fit properly.
