★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely appauling business to deal with. I had an appointment booked for the 21st January for teeth whitening. The day before they contacted me and tried to change my appointment to later. When I explained that I wasnt able to do that, they told me that it was fine, but they might be 10 mins late. The following morning I got another call trying to move my appointment and then a text message to cancel, stating that hygienist mysteriously had to leave for an emergency. They tried to get me to reschedule, but after the way they treated me, I was not interested in seeing them, but I also never have weekdays off. I was assured that I would have my $50 refunded, as they were the one cancelling on me. But almost 2 months later I am still waiting. 3 emails later, multiple phone calls. Completely unacceptable.

I received a txt at 12:13 AM on the morning of my appointment to say I had been double booked and needed to come in later. Then 2 hours before my re-scheduled appointment I received another txt saying the gap between morning clients and my new appointment (at their suggested time) was too large, so it had been cancelled again.
Despite all the marketing claiming it to be pain-free, I experienced severe toothache for ~6 hours after whitening. They suggested it was due to the whitening gel getting on my gums, however nothing was done during the procedure to keep it off my gums. It was dismissed as though that was normal, which is surprising as I don't have sensitive teeth.
I'm happy with the results, but overall a negative experience.

Not only was everything super easy and comfortable, but my teeth looked amazing when I left - literally such a difference. As well as that, the service was amazing! Lisa (I am so sorry if I got your name wrong!) was literally the sweetest person ever; she put me at ease straight away, was so complimentary and was great at her job. Will definitely be coming back - this was my second treatment with Lovelysmiles after going end of 2020, and while the first one was great, this time was so much better; results and customer service wise!

He was great to deal with and such a knowledgeable guy. He took his time with myself and my partner to explain the whole process, how it works and answer any questions re our existing dental work which was great. We are both very happy with the results from the Ultimate Whitening 90min session. Highly recommended! See you again JJ. Cheers.
