★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional service and unprofessional staff that I met as avoiding phone calls and useless response. This is my first experience that I used this service to send cargo to Sri Lanka but first impression was extremely bad and unprofessional another unprofessional agent in Sri Lanka as Medco. Lack of information about shipment. Eco and Medco both teams are avoiding customers inquiring phone calls. No point to send the cargo through this service if we can’t get the shipment on time. Even though no one knows from their team as when the vessel would be arrived in Sri Lanka and when customers can get their cargo. Hopefully Christmas shipment would be get it for Easter ? No one there to get the responsibility of shipment ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Eco team, especially Mark who runs the place, has been amazing. They've been totally helpful and supportive with the moving requirement, and followed up through to the time the move was completed.
I moved back to India from NZ and the shipping option used by me was by sea. The process was long but very economical. Mark kept the comms going and kept me posted on the process throughout. Overall, I would highly recommend the Eco team to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used couple of cargo companies time to time. I always try new companies. After selecting Eco cargo, used 3 occasions, send cargo to Sri Lanka. For me quality of the service,value for the money,flexible and responsive Eco Air & Sea Cargo is better company.
Only down side is their time frame sightly longer than the others. When someone gives the better service to amount of money that paid you need to be little patience as well by thinking both side of the coin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional service. Highly recommend this to send boxes to Sri Lanka. You can confirm your booking online and they will come to your place to pick up boxes without any additional charges if you're in Auckland. I will use their service again for sure.

Their website is very user friendly, quality content with clear information.
Eventhough there was a reasonable small delay on the estimated arrival time of our shipment due to covid lockdown and Christmas period, their door to door and collection from SL warehouse service is highly reccomended!
