Bullying customer and robber money without writing the description on the paper, the male staff wearing slippers was terribly rude and discrimination, used female voice to talking to customer and claiming he is boss and threatened customer by calling police. So unbelievable and rude. How come this company can be trusted and provide people professional services?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Annabel, I am sorry you feel this way after our company had your wheel clamped for parking in our staff carparks - (I thought the signs were pretty clear) and given you were a customer of the business next door - (not ours) I think it is safe to say your review of our company is based on the fact you feel upset about the wheel clamping and not due to any service that was actually provided to you. I trust in future you will consider where you choose to park and perhaps refrain from abusing the tow truck driver who was just doing his job - (hence the reason I said i would call the police if you did not leave).
