★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful crew. The hardware configuration recommended for my own-build was spot on. Pricing was as good as most other retailers (or etailers). And for my purchase Playtech had all my wanted components in stock. ?
12 months later - had some weird and very intermittent problems with this PC. Dan and the team took the issue seriously and when I took it in they got it sorted while I waited. We took the opportunity to do some hardware upgrades and the PC is now back up to top spec (for a PC without a discrete graphics card) ?
Summary: Playtech is a great store to buy from and their support has stood the test of time.

Its nothing too flash, but built nicely, and have had no problems.I had it delivered, and was a little concerned it wouldn't freight well but Playtech packaged it excellently. Everytime I go to another place to buy a computer I feel so disappointed. Playtech have never disapointed. They we always have me as a customer

I won't go anywhere else for a true gaming pc that works as expected. Playtech is one of the few companies I can honestly say I 100% recommend to friends, staff and others . This is one case I wish I could give more stars in the review

Ordered online for collection however were backed up with orders, nonetheless they offered to ship on the same day the pc was done at no extra cost.. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made some online orders and being let known there would be a 2-3 day delay sure to the festive season which I had totally understood. However, fast forward ONE whole month later, my orders are still unfulfilled, my attempts at contacting them, be it online chat, email etc have all ended in failure due to either being left on a single reply without follow up, or straight up not replying my messages/emails dating back 3 weeks ago and also recent ones. As of writing, no help had been provided to resolve this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ build your own they said. I added the cost of parts, warranty and the hassle of what ifs, i decided its not worth it. then I came across this company, had an email chat with Dan regarding what i want. then decided to get a custom Hunter with free 3070 upgrade.
pros: hassle free, professionaly built, 3yrs warranty, lifetime techsupport, very helpful staff. if something is wrong with either software or hardware they are just 1 email away. building your own is more expensive.
cons: you will not experience the stress of DIY and the joy of assembling your own pc
if you want a PC, just buy here. dont waste your time looking at other stores. i did my research and this shop has the best offers.

I was going to get a new pc, monitors and all the rest from PB Tech but thought id see how Playtech compared and I'm glad I did. Gave Dan my budget and he nailed it. The thought and design he put into it was top notch. He came in under budget and I ended up getting way more for my dollar than what I was going to get at PB. Customer service is great/ easy to contact. Thanks heaps
