★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drinking. Drugs. Loud music. Intimidation. Theft probably by staff cause there are cameras and security doors. The location and facilities are OK but the management is atrocious. Better management would make this a great place.

Owner constantly disrespects the employees and manager on tiniest of things and with false accusations. A bully behavior totally unacceptable in place like NZ. She's like a female Trump in a lot of ways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I was only here for 1month this felt like you were living in a prison cell, the floor was made of concrete, so was very cold, (I kept my heater running almost 24hrs everyday just to stay warm) there was no hot water from the kitchen tap (had to run the bathroom tap to get my hot water) oven had rust on all the elements, only thing I can say good about this place is that they supply a king size bed for each room. Not worth the rent they were charging of $300.00 a week.
