Caleb is an accomplished and very obliging mechanic who has serviced, carried out adjustments and fitted new accessories for me at the drop of a hat. A great team and a pleasure to deal with.?

β β β β β I went to Electrify Botany to get our 2 Magnum Peak bikes service, one of them had a problem with the electrics. They were more than helpful, the bikes were serviced and the electrical fault was solved by replacing the bike. Andrew and the team most helpful, I have never anywhere come across such service. If you want an Ebike, if you want great advice, if you want fantastic service this is the place to go.

β β β β β Both Anthony & Caleb are a pleasure to deal with. Robyn and I bought both a Magnum Peak and a Magnum Metro+ bike. Extremely happy with both bikes - their service is awesome. Caleb picked up and corrected a minor issue with one bike on the first service - brilliant. If you want an e-bike go and speak to Anthony or Caleb and they will listen and advise you.
