★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big sized store with plenty of range and choice. It has been changed around a fair bit since I was last in. Really like the bike workshop facility as well as the selection of brands. Icebreaker clothing is well laid out and easy to shop. Ambience was good in store and got approached 3 times while in store which was great considering the size and the fact i was in their for 30 minutes.

ORIGINAL: Bought a bike during lockdown for click and collect and am STILL waiting for it - it’s been 8 weeks so far - absolutely ridiculous as it was in stock. I initially got a text saying the order was ready a week and a half after I placed my order, so I went to the store but was told it wasn’t ready when I got there. I have received zero comms on the status of my order, I’m the one contacting the 0800 number once a week to try and get an update. Every time, I am told something different - frustrating when I’ve paid in full and no one can tell me what’s going on, where it is or when it’s scheduled to arrive at the store. My order was cancelled TWICE for no reason - once by an online team member and second by the store. Terrible experience, I should have bought it from elsewhere, not worth the hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I ever have. This is the first time I am giving bad reviews to any store. Such a bad experience. I bought a bike classic one. It didn’t work or May be used by someone else. I took it to the store for repairs and got it after 2.5 months.In the mean time I made numerous calls to find the status of my bike. When I tried it it didn’t work again. I have been told by one of the staff that “he wouldn’t recommend that bike to anyone. It’s not for biking, and just a beauty” He kept the bike and told that I will get the refund after assessment. Again there was no call or update. When I called to know I have been told by other staff member that there is nothing they can do. Finally I have to keep the bike as it is. Their after sales service is very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased some Beats Fit Pro headphones from the Mt Wellington store. Fair price and really fantastic service. I'm very impressed. Additionally :This is a review for the online Web store. Excellent customer service. Products were damaged in shipping. Phone service was very good and damaged goods were replaced immediately without any hassle. I will definitely buy from the online store again also.

Mark was absolutely amazing answering all of my questions about the different brands and ensuring I had a perfect fit. Despite there being several customers all needing things, he was able to ensure each of us had everything we needed. Even if he had to step away to help someone else he always came back to check in again and see if we needed anything else. Great shopping experience! Thanks Mark!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased the Kiwi Camping Falcon 6 tent in August of last year for specific use this new years. When I opened the tent for the first time, I saw that it had been used. There were cuts in the walls and ceiling as well as the floor. There was hair, dust, sand and a ciggie butt. I called customer service as soon as I got back to Auckland and I was told to email the photos to their refunds team. Their refunds team told me I had to bring the tent in.they have taken zero responsibility for sending me a used tent. Will never purchase from them again. I have attached photos so that other buyers beware. Check your products as soon as you get them because they might be completely wrecked.
