★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopping at Electrify was a fantastic experience! Tolin answered all of our many questions. We were able to test ride bikes on 2 different occasions. I would highly recommend Electrify bikes to anyone considering buying an E-bike. Black e-bikes designed in NZ for NZ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop with a good selection of affordable e-bikes. The staff was very friendly and gave good advice. My bike was ready to be collected in only a few days. The bike itself is great, should have made the transition to e-biking sooner, it's a great and easy way to get around.

Very happy with the overall service and will be coming back for Bike Services and the like

Initially when checking out the store it was busy ! but I appreciated the follow up email explaining there had been unprecedented demand during that particular weekend. Duration of 1 hour for my test ride - very generous !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a comprehensive range of e-bikes! Even more exciting is the impeccable after-sales service. I was given as much time as I wanted to um & ahh over the kitting out of my chosen bike. Plus a free coffee at a neighbouring cafe. I really appreciated the free info and advice Axel gave me. My 'Black' e-bike is definitely a game-changer when it comes to getting around Auckland. Thrilled. Thank you.

So much to see and explore around Auckland. Thanx guys, will be back for my 6 week service........
