★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with Elgas for about 4 years now. Initial contact was a bit like "do you want to deal with the man in charge or the woman who knows what's going on" but - thankfully - the "woman who knows what's going on" is now also "the person in charge" ... and that's the way it works best.
I really can't fault Elgas ... they schedule their own refill interval (based on how much we're using) and then just eMail through a proof-of-delivery when it's done. Consistent - reliable - friendly - no-fuss.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service from the drivers is good. The service from the a/c managment person is garbage. Takes ages to reply to emails, if she does. Pointless ringing because you get a service person and the person you want to talk to doesn't call you back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luckily to get one star quite frankly. Elgas service our crib on the West Coast and the communication from them is rubbish.
I have sent two emails and left two voice messages asking for a please explain only to get nothing back.
The drivers are awesome though and I appreciate the work they do.
