★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good products, but I had a bad customer service experience here. Long story, but I would probably not shop here again. Everyone just kept on blaming others. New restructuring hasn't really gone smoothly for them I think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to three different places in town to buy a tv. These guys had the best service by far. Friendly staff greeted me as I walked in and the staff member who served me was outstanding. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Turned out they had a great deal on the tv too. Even if it had been more expensive than their competitors I still would have done my business here. Sometimes it’s not just about the price! Keep it up.....if you can’t compete on price do it with service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome customer service and zip pay makes HP a breeze, wide range of items at decent prices. Smiths is still Smith City so don't be fooled like I was. Great stop in shop for electronics or deals/specials on most in-store items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a large commercial organisation this firm has the most inept and incompetent phone system - waited 15 minutes on a dodgy line for my call to be answered and then when it finally was and I asked to be put through to the Nelson Store I ended up with another answer machine. Potential customers don't usually have 20 minutes to waste to phone a business.

Anna your were an absolute delight to deal with and so lovely we could learn a few things together, about appliances you don’t usually deal with, from other members of the team in-store.
Nothing was a problem, everything was solution based and I appreciated that you asked others for their input and that they were also so helpful.
Cannot thank you all enough.
Most definitely my first ant stop for further purchases and will be recommending to anyone looking for items you sell.
