โ โ โ โ โ Best doctors I've been to. Can be busy but the doctors are so helpful, nurses make you feel comfortable what ever you're there for and the receptionist are professional. We've moved away from the area and still prefer to travel here from North Shore then shift to another practice. Great with kids. Highly recommended

Having several phone consultations with the doctor. Dr Moss recommended she should come in as she had an appointment cancelled. when my wife got off the bus to see the doctor she wasn't too good pain wise, medication was prescribed and I just arrived in time to pick her up and return home. She imformed me that
Lisa said that she would not be able to see the doctor until the bill was paid.
My wife didn't realise the bill had accumulated from the covid recommendation about phoning rather than visiting. My wife was embarrassed and as I am the only person working didn't realise that she had a bill. I pay online. But didn't pay hers as I was not there. I will pay it next week but want it to be known that Lisa the receptionist didn't make my wife feel any better by her deprcative comment and statement.

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely love the ppl that work here. Mapa our tongan nurse to Dr tin our caring and thoughtful dr. So many drs here care about their patients. Lisa (boss lady)is just the best reception lady who cares about us. You cannot find ppl like this and it took me 4 different doctors to find the right one for me and my family. Best hands to be with and i tell everybody about Turuki Healthcare. Amazing ppl! X

Sometimes it's busy and you have to wait but all healthcare is like that, they are doing the best they can with what they have.

โ โ โ โ โ The best care Iโve ever received from doctors, nurses , pharmacy and general staff. They really go above and beyond any other clinic Iโve ever been with and I have moved doctors 7 times. Very grateful to have found them.

โ โ โ โ โ Leaving a review for my daughter and grandsons who were treated worse then second class citizens and made to wait in an alley way far from the clinic for well over an hour in the cold, finally got seen and they refuse to check the baby for what he had originally gone for, daughter was just told to call the ambulance if it got worse and the reason she was there is because the ambulance told her baby needed to be tested. Shocking service, no dedicated sitting area for anyone who may have a sniffle but Is there for other reasons. Made to sit on the street like dogs, disgusted you treat our own or anyone this way turuki , shame shame shame, one star is too good for you.

I was so sick,hard to walk, a week after my surgery staff decline for me to see a doctor for the reason being that it's 30 minutes before closing time and it will take them long to register my name as a casual patient. No empathy at all. Staff behind the counter were just chatting away doesn't seem busy at all. Very disappointing to experience this in a Medical Centre no offense to other hardworking staff. Not going back there in the future.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been a patient in this centre for years. Staffs and DR's are great and now with the current COVID status I understand that you need to adhere to social distancing but there seem to be no system in place.
It is FRUSTRATING!!!
Your front liner needs to be instructed how to approach patients that are walking in to see a DR. They should not expect we know what your process is. It is not easy to wait whilst you are in pain, isn't it?!
