Necesitabamos con urgencia un turno para tramitar el pasaporte y solo este amable chico tuvo la paciencia de escuchar nuestra situacion y ponerse en nuestro lugar! Muchas gracias a Matias y al consul en ese momento que nos dieron el OK y se pusieron la 10???? eternamente agradecidos!
I wanted to greatly appreciate the help that Matias gave us at the embassy. We urgently needed a turn to process the passport and only this kind boy had the patience to listen to our situation and put himself in our place! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trámites culminados en el mismo día (DNI y pasaporte de emergencia). Para nuestra bebé de 4 meses. Quizás las pocas horas de sueño de los padres no dejaron apreciar en el momento la calidez y ternura con que trataron a nuestra bebé. No es fácil para los que vivimos fuera de Wellington con un bebé tan pequeño, pero todo solucionado. Alejandra muy clara comunicando los pasos a seguir. Un malentendido y mucha demora en obtener el turno vía mail.

Procedures completed on the same day (ID and emergency passport). For our 4 month old baby. Perhaps the few hours of sleep of the parents did not allow us to appreciate at the moment the warmth and tenderness with which they treated our baby. It is not easy for those of us who live outside of Wellington with such a small baby, but everything has been solved. Alejandra very clearly communicating the steps to follow. A misunderstanding and a long delay in getting the appointment via email.
