After our initial consultation Emily provided me with such an insightful and comprehensive health plan packed with supplementation and herbal medicine recommendations, nutrition recommendations and sleep hygiene tips. After following Emily’s guidance I saw such a huge shift in my health. I couldn’t recommend Emily enough. She is a wealth of knowledge. You’ll never regret a consultation with her!

I had not been sleeping for months, was having pain, stress and anxiety issues, and my nervous system was out of whack. After my initial consultation I was amazed at the insights and knowledge Emily shared with me about what we would do moving forward. After literally a week of taking the herbal medicine and supplements as well as following her very detailed health plan my health was back on track and I am feeling so much better. I love that she keeps in touch and checks in to see how I am doing. She is very friendly and makes you feel welcome the moment you meet her. I can see why there is always a wait time of a few weeks just to get an appointment. I can’t recommend her enough!

I did need to wait a few weeks but I had heard only great things from other clients of hers so the wait time I knew would be worth it. I went to see Emily to help with my hormones, skin and digestion. Emily was very insightful and she REALLY knows her stuff! Super friendly and kind, she really cares about her clients. I felt safe and walked away with a great plan and a special mix or herbs and other supplements to assist me in getting my health back on track. I would recommend Emily 100 times over. Not only has Emily healed my skin and balanced my hormones after years of trouble, but she is also one of the nicest people you will meet! She has such a passion for her job and helping her clients and that comes across with the level of care and her attention to detail for everything. She is full of knowledge and is always readily able to respond to any questions. Plus, her background in nutrition, sports and exercise and natural medicine means she is qualified to help you in all areas of your health (and is also very reasonably priced). Emily is amazing and I genuinely could not speak higher of her :)
