β β β β β Total waste of $150, 5 adults crammed in such a small room no nibbles or drinks for 90 minutes and says it can fit 8!!. Some xmas crackers would of been a whole lot more exciting, the lady helping with hints couldn't even solve the puzzle ? and wouldn't give us back the control of the mouse. Not fun at all

β β β β β Not worth the money. There was no need to escape the room as it had no door. I've found better puzzles in a Christmas cracker, and the real escape would have been avoiding going in the first place (sorry). Honestly though, it was not to the level for which my expectations had been set (Lower Hutt escape rooms as the example). This may have suited a younger audience at a lower price. My expectation was a larger more interactive space, darker and with people/actor interactions. The screen and experience was pretty much operating a computer with a big screen from a tabbed internet browser - not as polished as it should have been for the price. I hope you can take my comments and improve the experience.

β β β β β Great experience at the Gemini room. I would love to try the other games. The hosts were very friendly and helpful βΊοΈ I have done one other escape room before and I loved the creativity and plot twists that came with the Gemini game βΊοΈ

β β β β β This is not an escape room, this is a sit down puzzle that you play on a computer. This may be ok for young children but for adults wanting a genuine escape room I wouldn't recommend this.
Still trying to get a refund after I walked out after 10 minutes of disappointment.
No luck so far.

β β β β β Awesome amazing Staff ?we did the Wizard one recommend for ages 8 and up as my two 6year Olds didn't understand the clues But they sure enjoyed solving the puzzles ?. We took a while to get through the whole thing but we got there in the end.My 3children neff and I had fun such a cool experience.

β β β β β I booked into Enigma Escape rooms wed 23 Feb 22 for 1 of the activities of the day for my daughter's 14th birthday! We did the Wizard Express. My 3 kids loved it! It's age appropriate for 8/9yo to 14yo. Part computer, part hands on. My 4yo loved it too but she was distracting her sisters and cousin from getting on with the mystery, after all, you only get an hour to solve it ?
I was trying to get in there too, but I told them before hand that I wasn't going to help.... 1 of my daughters kept reminding me of that ?
Thank you Tinaka for hosting us!! We'll definately be back again! ?

β β β β β This is NOT an escape room. The puzzles involve watching YouTube videos and completing click and drag puzzles on the computer, all whilst sitting throughout the entire experience.
After 10 minutes we decided to leave and kindly asked if we would be allowed a refund as it was not an escape room as described on the website. I was informed that it was not a good enough reason to be given a refund and that "times are hard".
I could recommend this for a family that would allow very young children to take control but I would have appreciated the honesty of advising adults to not attempt this.
