★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing experience with Enterprise Rent a Car. Our flight was delayed by half an hour, which meant we would get in at 6.30pm, it was the last flight in from Gisborne and Enterprise closed at 6pm. Dan waited half an hour for us to get there, he greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. The cost of the hire was also very reasonable and the car we had was nice.
I would definately use Enterprise again, highly reccomend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service at the desk, and really quick pickup. The vehicle we recieved was at least one step up from what we booked, in good condition, and spotlessly clean inside and out. Vehicles are parked under cover and close to the terminal. Definitley will be using Enterprise again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was nobody at the checkout counter when I wanted to pick up my car. I called the phone number on the counter over and over again and nobody picked up. I waited for over an hour before leaving the airport without the car. When they eventually called me back there was no apology. Terrible customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good company to deal with and easy to book online. The plane was late but someone was still there so that was great. Car had a few scratches and dents but was in tidy working order. Mechanically it went well and felt safe and a reliable drive, great on fuel. over all pretty good company to deal with and I will be a return customer and would recommend Enterprise saving about 35% on they other big 3 rental companies so if you done mind a car that 2- 3 years old and cheaper than they other majors then this is the perfect rental company
