TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- To enter the prize draw you need to enter your details either online or at a participating retailer venue and within the specified timeframe as displayed, the draw opens on 1 Jan 2018 and the last day for entries is 12pm on the 30 Apr 2018. Entries received after this time will not be considered
- The promotor EPIC Fitness Limited will not be held liable for entries that have not been received or which are incomplete, corrupted or delayed for any reason. Proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
- The promotor EPIC Fitness Limited will not be held liable for any emails that have been marked as spam by ISP or any client issues.
- The promotor EPIC Fitness Limited will not be held liable for network errors, system failures, website being unavailable, hacks on the system or any personal computer issues.
- Only one person per entry, multiple entries will not be accepted, in the event of multiple entries the winner will be disqualified and a new draw will take place.
- The individual entering the draw confirm that the name, telephone number and email address they supply belong to them or that they have received the explicit approval from the owner.
- The prize draw is not open to any employees (and their families), agents or related third parties who are directly associated with the administration and affiliation of this prize draw.
- The winner will be drawn at random by an independent judge on the 4th May 2018 from all valid entries received.
- In the event that an existing member wins the draw their existing membership will be put on hold for the agreed period and be reinstated once the prize has been completed.
- All entrants need to be aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
- By entering this prize draw you agree to have your details and photo published through our marketing network and associated media for the purpose of promotion, marketing and publicity purposes, without compensation, unless otherwise advised by you prior to entry.
- Any personal information collected as part of this promotion will be held by EPIC Fitness Limited in accordance with our privacy policy. You have the right to access and edit such information.
- The prize is as stated and has no cash alternative and the prize is not transferrable. (Venue specific)
- Within 7 days of the draw being made the winner will be contacted directly by the Promotor EPIC Fitness Limited using the details provided at entry. The promotor EPIC Fitness Limited will make all reasonable attempts to contact the winner, but if the winner is unable to be contacted or to redeem the prizes within 7 days from the first contact attempt, the prize will be redrawn without liability to any individual.
- Unsuccessful entries will not receive any notification; the name of the winner will be available 24 hours after the closing date by listing on the EPIC Fitness Limited multiple Facebook page.
- The Promotor's EPIC Fitness Limited's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to thereafter.
- The Promotor EPIC Fitness Limited reserves the right to disqualify any entrants suspected of fraud or cheating, without limitation, through multiple entries or otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting dishonestly in the opinion of the Promotor.
- The Promotor EPIC Fitness Limited accepts no responsibility or liability for any additional costs that may be incurred by the prize winner relating to the prize winners use or acceptance of the prize.
Entry to this prize draw shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them.
These terms and conditions take full effect immediately on your entry into the draw.
If you do not agree wholly with these terms and conditions you should not enter this draw.

The classes are very well designed to fit all levels of fitness as well as ages, I love the small classes as well as personal attention. Love this place its more than a gym. Being going close on 5 years now.

โ โ โ โ โ Loved training with these guys. Such a friendly and welcoming team who do the most to support you in hitting your goals. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I definitely felt stronger and fitter after only a couple of months with EPIC.
I'm not working close to the studio anymore, but if I was I'd be there week in week out. 100% recommend.

I Was never a believer in gyms and was very hesitant about joining but decided to give them a trial and let them prove themselvesโฆI must say the EPIC team have converted me. I started my weight loss journey in November, and have seen amazing results from the training I get from this gym. Each session is different enough to make it exciting. The trainers there are very supportive, motivating and most importantly, they are heavily invested in every individualโs goal. though itโs a group training session, they some how find a way to make it feel like a one on one personal session.
Come give this place a chance and see the results you will get within weeks!
